1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ksarix.com (the "Platform"), operated by Ksarix Educational Technologies LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Ksarix Educational Technologies LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by Saudi and international copyright laws. 5. User Conduct

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, Ksarix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
10. Modifications to Terms
Ksarix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
